Membership of the Allocations and Evaluation Committee shall be
comprised of at least 51% business representatives. The Chair of the
Allocations and Evaluation Committee shall be a business representative
who serves as the First Vice-Chair of the board

Functions:
Short Range Plan: To determine most effective use of system-wide
resources for the Workforce Development System.
Long Range Plan:
To determine the ideal Workforce Delivery System.
Oversees administration of the Strategic Planning for a Human
Capital Advantage Grant, and the three county
(Dutchess, Orange, Ulster) WIB joint effort to address lifelong learning
and skills upgrades for the workforce.
The programs provided by this agency are partially funded by moneys received from the County of Dutchess and federal WIA funds EOE/P
