| Functions: |
Recommend candidates for Board membership, for officers of the Board, for Committee Chairs and members.
Recommend individuals who represent those categories of membership required by the WIA and who represent the diverse cultural, racial, ethnic and geographic composition of Dutchess County as well as those who represent critical target business sectors.
Engage in board development activities to recruit and retain knowledgeable, active WIB members.
Recommend modifications to the By-Laws as needed.
