The Nominating Committee will make recommendations
at the Annual Meeting for the at-large members. The Board will approve.
Quorum Requirements:
The Executive Committee consists of the officers of
the Board, three at-large members and the Chairs of each standing
committee. The Dutchess Works Center Manager will attend
meetings as a non-voting member.

Set Agenda for the Board
Recommend to the Board by the end of each calendar year the method by which the board shall select the Operator of
the One-Stop Center, consistent with the WIA and shall assist in the
selection process. (This task was formerly a responsibility of the
One-Stop Committee)
Review monthly performance data.
