Initial Eligibility for Training Provider Offerings

Through this process we strive to facilitate informed customer choice and assure significant numbers of competent providers, offering a wide variety of training programs and occupational choices, to our customers at Dutchess Works.  Inclusion on the New York State or DCWIB Eligible Training Provider’s List  does not guarantee that WIA funds are available for enrollment in an eligible offering and training providers are not guaranteed referrals. 

While all training providers must provide documentation in order to be approved and put on the list, this policy evaluates offerings, therefore once a training provider has been added to the list we approve and deny offerings, not training providers.
