Membership of the Allocations and Evaluation Committee shall be
comprised of at least 51% business representatives. The Chair of the
Allocations and Evaluation Committee shall be a business representative
who serves as the First Vice-Chair of the board
Quorum Requirements:
None in current by-laws
Functions:
Allocation of Title-I adult and dislocated worker funds.
Oversee performance monitoring of all WIA funded programs.
Review performance data at least quarterly.
Ensure that performance measures result in continuous improvement in
system delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
